LLM Engineer | Hybrid

Position: AI/ML Engineer

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $250K - $600K/yr

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

* Design, implement, and optimize AI/ML models using LLMs, RAG, and prompt engineering.

* Develop and orchestrate multi-agent systems using modern frameworks.

* Deploy and manage AI solutions across secure cloud environments.

* Build and maintain data pipelines, ETL processes, and metadata systems.

* Develop REST APIs and integrations for seamless model and data interaction.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure and scalable system delivery.

* Document technical decisions and communicate complex concepts clearly.

Requirements

* Strong experience in Python for AI/ML development.

* Strong experience working with LLMs, RAG systems, and prompt engineering.

* Familiarity with multi-agent systems and orchestration frameworks.

* Strong experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and AI service environments.

* Strong experience building data pipelines, ETL workflows, and metadata systems.

* Knowledge of secure coding practices and CI/CD workflows.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
