Position: Education Technology Expert

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $45 $65/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: Part-time, project-based with ongoing engagement

Role Responsibilities

* Build realistic digital workspaces reflecting day-to-day ed-tech operations

* Create structured, multi-step tasks across LMS tools, documents, and workflows

* Design scenarios involving learning design, analytics, and educational product workflows

* Collaborate with experts to refine task scope and ensure realism and rigor

* Develop evaluation criteria for AI performance in ed-tech environments

* Contribute to benchmarking and improving AI systems for education use cases

Requirements

* Strong experience in education technology, LMS administration, or instructional design

* Strong experience working in ed-tech companies, universities, or school districts

* Strong familiarity with platforms such as Google Classroom, PowerSchool, or similar

* Strong understanding of learning analytics, assessment design, or ed-tech operations

* Strong knowledge of compliance standards such as FERPA or accessibility guidelines

* Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate workflows into structured tasks

* Strong written communication and attention to detail
