Position: Human Resources & Staffing Expert

Type: Hourly Contract

Compensation: $45–$65/hour

Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

* Review and evaluate AI-generated outputs related to job descriptions, compensation benchmarking, employee policies, and HR compliance.

* Create realistic scenarios based on HR workflows such as recruitment cycles, performance management, benefits administration, employee relations, and restructuring.

* Annotate, label, and validate data across HR use cases including offer letters, leave management, workforce analytics, and DEI initiatives.

* Provide structured feedback on AI accuracy in areas such as employment law, HR systems, and best practices.

* Collaborate with research teams to refine evaluation frameworks for HR-focused AI systems.

Requirements

* Strong professional experience in HR, staffing, or a related function.

* Experience in areas such as talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, employee relations, HR operations, or workforce management.

* Familiarity with employment laws such as FLSA, FMLA, ADA, Title VII, and WARN Act.

* Knowledge of HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or ADP is a plus.

* Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate HR workflows into structured evaluation tasks.

* Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail.
