Job Title: Lead Data Scientist

Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist with 12+ years of experience to drive advanced analytics, machine learning, and data-driven decision-making initiatives. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in statistical modeling, AI/ML, and prior experience with top-tier MNCs in India along with exposure to the USA work environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and statistical models for business use cases
* Analyze large, complex datasets to extract actionable insights
* Build and optimize predictive models, recommendation systems, and forecasting solutions
* Collaborate with data engineering and product teams to productionize models
* Perform feature engineering, model tuning, and validation
* Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders and leadership
* Ensure best practices in model governance, scalability, and performance
* Mentor junior data scientists and lead data science initiatives
Required Qualifications
* 12+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Advanced Analytics
* Strong expertise in Python/R, SQL, and data manipulation
* Hands-on experience with ML algorithms (Regression, Classification, Clustering, NLP, Deep Learning)
* Experience working with top MNCs in India
* Exposure to US-based projects or work environment
* Strong foundation in statistics, probability, and data modeling
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills
* Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
* Familiarity with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop)
* Experience with visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
* Knowledge of MLOps and model deployment frameworks
Eligibility Criteria
* Candidates must be authorized to work in the USA (H4 EAD, L2S, GC, USC)
* Willingness to relocate within the USA or work across major states
