Lead Data Scientist - AI / ML Engineer / Architect

Role: Data Scientist – AI/ML

Location: Malvern, PA / Charlotte, NC (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)

Skills Required:

* EDA, ML & Deep Learning (regression, classification, clustering)

* NLP, LLMs, RAG, prompt/context engineering, fine-tuning

* Agentic AI frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, tool calling, multi-agent workflows)

* Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, SQL

* Strong statistics & model evaluation knowledge

Nice to Have:

* Conversational AI experience

* Reinforcement Learning exposure
