We are seeking a Lead AI Workflow Engineer to serve as the technical anchor for our Workflow Engineering team. In this player/coach role you’ll deliver high-impact AI solutions for our customers alongside also providing technical guidance to our growing team of Workflow Engineers.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership & Mentorship

* Lead a team of workflow engineers, providing the technical guidance and professional development needed to scale the function.

* Oversee complex data flows between Opus and enterprise systems.

* Serve as a key internal expert for the Opus platform, ensuring best practices are followed across all client projects.

* Serve as the technical approval authority for all architected solutions, governing design quality and technical integrity.

* Lead and mentor cross-functional teams to deliver robust, scalable solutions.

Strategic Solution Delivery

* Lead the configuration of the AI workflow automation platform for high-priority strategic partners and customers.

* Design and build sophisticated pilot projects that demonstrate the advanced capabilities of AI-powered workflows.

* Ensure seamless data flow by integrating solutions with complex third-party APIs and web services.

Collaboration & Integration

* Work hands-on with REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, and middleware to connect Opus with ERP, CRM, and other enterprise platforms.

* Collaborate with strategic partner technical teams on joint initiatives and integration architecture.

* Relay customer and partner feedback directly to Product and Engineering to drive platform improvements.

What We’re Looking For:

* Proven experience in AI, machine learning, and advanced workflow automation.

* Deep hands-on experience in REST, SOAP, and webhooks.

* Demonstrated ability to manage, mentor, and provide technical direction to other engineers. Prior line management experience is highly valuable, reflecting proven ability in team leadership, coaching, and performance oversight.

* Experience integrating with major platforms like SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, or Microsoft Dynamics.

* Ability to solve complex problems while building trust with partner and customer technical leadership.

Desirable Skills:

* Strong coding skills, specifically in Python.

* Experience delivering technical workshops or training for internal and external teams.

* Deep knowledge of security and compliance best practices regarding enterprise integrations.
