Job Summary

We are seeking a highly accomplished Lead AI/ML Architect to define and drive enterprise AI strategy and architecture. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in machine learning, Generative AI, large-scale data processing, and cloud-native platforms, along with strong leadership experience delivering production-grade AI systems.

This role requires full ownership of AI/ML architecture, GenAI solution design, model lifecycle management, scalability, and governance across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities

* Define and lead enterprise AI/ML and GenAI architecture strategy.

* Design scalable machine learning and LLM-based solutions (RAG, prompt engineering).

* Architect end-to-end ML pipelines (data ingestion → training → deployment → monitoring).

* Build and oversee AI platforms for real-time and batch processing.

* Design and manage vector database and embedding pipelines.

* Establish best practices for MLOps, model governance, and monitoring frameworks.

* Optimize AI systems for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.

* Collaborate with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and business stakeholders.

* Mentor teams and lead architectural decision-making.

* Drive innovation in AI/ML and Generative AI technologies.

* AI services (Azure OpenAI / AWS Bedrock / Vertex AI)

* Model deployment, monitoring, and observability

Data & Storage

* Vector databases: Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience building enterprise GenAI platforms

* Multi-cloud AI architecture experience

* Experience in BFSI, Healthcare, or enterprise domains

* Strong leadership, stakeholder communication, and decision-making skills
