Job Description:

As the first engineering hire at Kyber, you will build the real-time AI decision-making platform that orchestrates airport ground operations. You will develop fault-tolerant agentic systems to replace manual spreadsheets and radio calls, owning technical direction while generating critical data to predict and prevent global aviation delays alongside ex-F1 and Lufthansa founders.

What you will do:

* Iterate rapidly on product features through direct customer feedback, owning the technical lifecycle from initial pilot programs to production deployment

The ideal candidate:

* High-agency developer with 2–3 years of experience at a rigorous company and a proven track record of shipping complex side projects

* Strong technical foundation in Python, TypeScript, and full-stack real-time software, with hands-on experience deploying production agentic AI

* Fast-moving builder with UK work authorization who thrives in high-pressure environments and is eager to take on more responsibility than a traditional role allows
