Role Description

This is a full-time and remote role for a Junior Sales / Business Development Associate. The associate will identify and generate leads, conduct market research to identify opportunities, and maintain and nurture client relationships. This is a strong opportunity for someone early in their career who wants hands-on experience in healthcare sales, business development, startup growth, and AI-driven health tech. Collaboration with internal teams and contributing to the overall business development strategy will also be key aspects of this role.

What You’ll Do

* Support outbound outreach campaigns to ASC (Ambulatory Surgery Center) leaders and surgical decision-makers

* Conduct phone, email, LinkedIn, and other online outreach

* Help identify and research prospective customers and partners

* Track leads, follow-ups, and pipeline activity

* Assist with messaging, campaign execution, and meeting coordination

* Learn how to communicate the value of AI solutions in real-world healthcare workflows

Who You Are

* Early career professional or recent graduate

* Degree in business, communications, marketing, or a related field preferred

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Comfortable speaking with prospects by phone and email

* Organized, proactive, and eager to learn

* Interested in startups, healthcare, AI, and commercial growth
