The Role

• Analyze and manage daily, weekly, and monthly department reports using advanced tools.

• Assess agent schedules and real-time staffing needs, applying predictive analytics for optimization.

• Develop and maintain data logs and spreadsheets for reservations and performance metrics.

• Record overtime, vacation, and voluntary time-off (VTO) using automated tracking systems.

• Update skill levels and integrate AI-driven routing strategies.

• Collaborate on AI-enabled workforce optimization projects and process automation.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.

• Knowledge of statistics and relational databases.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple assignments.
