Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Delivery Manager with strong project management and operational excellence skills. You'll thrive in a client-facing role within our vibrant, entrepreneurial environment. A proactive approach to problem-solving is essential.

What will you be doing?

* Manage client projects, from onboarding to delivery.

* Coordinate with panel agencies (like Norstat) to ensure high-quality responses.

* Oversee project setup and execution on the Tellet platform.

* Handle client communication, quoting, invoicing, and follow-up.

* Proactively identify opportunities to automate processes and improve workflows.

* Work closely with internal teams, such as product and sales.

Requirements

* Ideally 1 year of work experience in a professional setting with client interaction. May include internships

* Excellent English communication skills (Dutch speaking is a plus).
