MindHunters AI is growing fast in Italy’s automotive market — and we’re looking for an ambitious, Italian-speaking new graduate who wants real startup experience and serious earning potential.

We build AI agents that manage real customer conversations across voice and text for automotive dealer groups. Already 40+ clients in Italy. Expanding into the US.

Now we’re scaling our GTM team 🇮🇹

💼 What You’ll Do

Identify and reach automotive dealerships & dealer groups in Italy

Run outbound campaigns (LinkedIn, email, calls)

Book qualified demos for the leadership team

Support partnerships and market expansion

Contribute directly to revenue growth

You will work directly with founders. High ownership. High learning curve.

🎯 Who You Are

Native or fluent Italian speaker

Recent graduate (Business, Marketing, Engineering, etc.)

Strong communicator

Entrepreneurial mindset

Comfortable with outreach and proactive sales

Hungry to grow fast

€1,000 monthly retainer

10% commission on revenue generated
