Investment Analyst | Remote

Position: Finance Expert (IB / PE / Structured Finance)

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $45 - $120/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10 40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

* Build financial models and conduct market analysis for transactions.

* Prepare investment memos, board materials, and executive presentations.

* Perform credit analysis and review loan agreements and covenants.

* Lead due diligence and support deal execution processes.

* Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial strategy and reporting.

* Ensure accuracy, compliance, and quality in all financial deliverables.

Requirements

* Strong experience in investment banking, private equity, or structured finance.

* Expertise in financial modeling, market analysis, and deal execution.

* Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

* Strong experience in financial statement and credit analysis.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Ability to synthesize complex financial information clearly.

* Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
