The Role

We’re looking for an AI Filmmaker Intern who is a maker at their core. You’ve been creating things for as long as you can remember, and you get a genuine rush from putting something out into the world and watching it connect with people.

You’ll join our production team and get hands-on experience bringing creative concepts to life using generative AI tools and your own editing instincts. You’ll work with platforms like Kling, Veo 3, Midjourney, and whatever comes next, alongside Premiere Pro, CapCut, and Photoshop, to help us prototype ideas, produce short-form content, and push the boundaries of what our team can create.

This is not an internship where you sit back and observe. It’s for someone who wants to be in the work: learning, building, and growing alongside a team that will mentor you and challenge you. You don’t wait to be told which tool to use. You hunt down solutions, figure things out, and bring creative energy to everything you touch.

What You’ll Do

Create & Learn

• Use generative AI tools (Kling, Veo 3, Midjourney, and others) to generate, iterate, and refine visual content alongside the production team

• Edit and assemble content in Premiere Pro and/or CapCut, developing your craft with mentorship from experienced editors

• Work in Photoshop to composite, retouch, and refine assets

• Help prototype creative concepts and produce short-form content that pushes what’s possible

Explore & Problem-Solve

• Stay curious about emerging AI platforms and creative tools. Find what’s new and figure out how to use it

• Bring a MacGyver mentality. If one tool doesn’t get you there, chain together whatever it takes until the result is right

• Be resourceful, inventive, and obsessive about getting to the finish line

Collaboration & Growth

• Work closely with the production team, creatives, and strategists, absorbing everything you can

• Take feedback eagerly and use it to grow. This is a mentorship-driven role and we’ll invest in your development

• Move fast, ask smart questions, and treat every project like it matters

Who You Are

• A college senior or rising senior pursuing a degree in film, media, design, communications, or a related field

• At your core, a maker and storyteller. You love movies, you study them, and you’ve been creating things on your own for as long as you can remember

• Familiar with editing tools like Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar. You don’t need to be an expert yet, but you know your way around a timeline

• Already experimenting with generative AI image and video tools like Kling, Veo 3, Midjourney, or others in that space

• You have work to show: a portfolio, social media feed, personal site, or YouTube channel with original creative work that reflects your taste and ambition

• Resourceful and inventive. You have a MacGyver mentality and an innate desire to figure things out

• You want to be mentored. You’re hungry to learn, open to feedback, and ready to grow fast in a hands-on environment

• Collaborative, proactive, and positive. You make the team better, not just the work
