Insights Analyst

We are hiring Insights Analysts to support AI safety, data evaluation, and market-specific analysis for digital storefronts.

This role is ideal for candidates who combine strong data analysis skills with language, cultural, and market expertise. The analyst will work with large datasets, evaluation frameworks, reporting dashboards, and AI/LLM safety workflows to help identify patterns, translate findings into actionable insights, and improve model evaluation processes.

We are hiring candidates with expertise in one or more of the following languages:

Cantonese, Mandarin, French, Chinese, Mexican Spanish, or Japanese

Responsibilities:

* Support specific digital storefronts by providing language, culture, and market expertise

* Use statistical and computational methods to identify patterns in quantitative data

* Build dashboards, scripts, or workflows that streamline evaluation reporting

* Translate qualitative findings into actionable insights

* Shape dataset criteria and construct adversarial and stress-test datasets

* Shape evaluation frameworks that capture nuanced safety criteria, including fidelity to safety policies

* Shape the development of automated evaluation pipelines that collect, automatically judge, and analyze model outputs at scale

Required Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.

* Language expertise in one or more of the following: Cantonese, Mandarin, French, Chinese, Mexican Spanish, or Japanese.

* Strong proficiency in SQL.

* Proficiency in Python for data analysis, including pandas, NumPy, Jupyter, or similar tools.

* Experience using Tableau.

* Experience working with large datasets.

* Ability to translate qualitative and quantitative findings into actionable business or product guidance.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working with LLMs or generative AI systems.

* Experience with AI safety, model evaluation, content quality, policy evaluation, or trust and safety workflows.

* Experience building dashboards, scripts, or automated reporting workflows.
