Role Overview
We are hiring an Inside Sales Representative to close mid-market deals end-to-end over phone and video. The role combines the prospecting energy of an SDR with the closing skill of an AE — running fast cycles for high-velocity revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Run the full sales cycle remotely, from first call to close
- Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting and qualified inbound leads
- Conduct discovery, deliver product demos, and build proposals
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms within established commercial guidelines
- Maintain pipeline hygiene and accurate forecasting in the CRM
- Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 2+ years in inside sales, full-cycle SDR, or junior AE role
- Track record of hitting quota in a high-velocity sales environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication; strong on phone and video
- Hands-on with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM
- Comfort with structured sales methodology and disciplined activity
- Resilient, coachable, and motivated by performance-based comp
