We are looking for top-tier innovation professionals based in the EU or UK to help improve advanced AI systems.

What you’ll be doing

We are 10x Team, a platform for fractional and freelance professionals. We partner with leading AI labs to enhance large AI systems.

Your Role Is Hands-on And High Impact. You Will

* Review and refine AI-generated outputs on a variety of innovation and strategy topics

* Evaluate responses for creativity, feasibility, business impact, and alignment with real-world innovation best practices

* Draft realistic innovation scenarios, including strategic planning, product or service development, organizational change, market disruption, and ethical considerations

* Create variations of the same scenario from different roles, such as innovation director, product lead, executive, or R&D manager

* Identify gaps, misunderstandings, or oversimplified reasoning in AI-generated content

* Assess and improve AI reasoning around structured innovation processes, strategic challenges, and the application of theoretical concepts

In Simple Terms

You will assess and improve AI-generated content by ensuring it reflects the reality of innovation leadership, strategy, and transformative business practices.

This is not a traditional operational role. Instead of leading specific innovation projects, your expertise will guide how AI systems understand and reason about innovation at scale. Your feedback will directly improve how AI performs for strategic users and organizations worldwide.

Who this is for

You Are

* An innovation director, strategist, or senior professional with several years of hands-on experience

* Based in the EU or UK

* Experienced across the innovation lifecycle: ideation, sprint planning, stakeholder management, execution, and change enablement

* Comfortable identifying limitations in creative processes, market assessment, business modeling, or organizational strategy

* Familiar with current innovation frameworks, transformation best practices, and ethical or governance standards

* Available 8 to 20 hours per week

* Able to start in the coming weeks
