The Infrastructure Manager oversees the planning, execution, and optimization of hybrid Azure/on-premises environments, ensuring project governance, compliance, and stakeholder alignment. Your key responsibilities

* Oversee and optimize both on-premises and Azure cloud environments, leveraging Azure services

* Define and maintain project governance throughout project lifecycles, ensuring alignment with business objectives and IT standards.

* Present technical strategies and updates to senior business and IT management; independently prepare and deliver presentations for executive committees.

* Analyze and enhance technology standards, maintaining organizational competitiveness and market edge.

* FinOps Budgeting and responsibilities of handling capacity and utilization management

* Driving long-term technology strategy and innovation initiatives.

* Justify technology initiatives via business case development and cost/benefit analysis.

* Define requirements for new technology implementations and communicate them to key stakeholders.

* Select, lead, and mentor project teams; independently manage project

* planning, tracking, reporting, change management, risk assessment, and control using industry-standard PM methodologies and tools (such as Jira, ServiceNow, or Azure DevOps).

* Manage and optimize cloud and on-premises expenditures by developing financial models, forecasts, and budgets, while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality for customer satisfaction.

* Ensure project governance is defined and maintained throughout project duration

* Act as primary liaison for the company’s technology vision via regular written and in-person communications with the organization’s leadership and end users

* Responsible for budgeting the IT and Infrastructure expenses , validate and ensure FINOPS is established

* Manage weekly , monthly , quarterly reports and presentations to c level executive

To qualify for the role, you must have

* Exceptional ability to influence and align multiple teams toward a common vision and roadmap.

* Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

* Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

* BS or MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent work experience; advanced degree or relevant technical management experience preferred.

* Industry Experience: 10+ years in the Information Technology industry, with significant project management experience.

* Demonstrated strong business acumen, with proven ability to align technology initiatives with business goals.

* Proficiency in using and managing ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Azure DevOps.

* Hands-on experience with Azure services including compute, networking, security, monitoring, and automation.
