About SafeStart

SafeStart is an AI-powered workplace safety management platform built for manufacturing, construction, warehousing, and food processing. It replaces paper-based and fragmented EHS processes with a single platform — incident reporting, hazard management, risk assessments, digital SOPs, AI-generated safety training videos, and compliance reporting — all in one place.

This is not a generic productivity tool. SafeStart is built by certified EHS professionals for industrial environments where safety failures cost lives and regulatory fines.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a self-driven sales closer who knows how to sell SaaS into industrial and operations environments. This is a pure profit-sharing arrangement — no base, no ceiling. You bring the deal, you earn the revenue share. This works well for experienced sales professionals who want to monetize their existing network and relationships.

What You'll Be Selling

A production-ready B2B SaaS platform targeting:

* Manufacturing and assembly operations

* Construction and general contracting

* Warehousing and logistics

* Food processing and packaging

* Industrial Operations any nature

Primary buyers: EHS Managers, Operations Directors, VPs of Safety, Plant Managers, HR Directors with safety oversight.

What We Need From You

Hard requirements — non-negotiable:

* Minimum 100 closed B2B SaaS deals in the past 3 years (documented or verifiable)

* Prior experience selling into industrial sectors — manufacturing, construction, logistics, or similar

* Demonstrated ability to reach and close Director/VP/C-suite level buyers

* Comfort selling a technical product to non-technical buyers (operations, safety, HR)

* Experience managing a full sales cycle independently — prospecting to close

Strong advantage if you have:

* Prior experience selling EHS, HSE, or compliance management software specifically

* Existing relationships with EHS Managers, Plant Managers, or Operations leaders in Ontario, Canada, or US industrial markets

* Familiarity with regulatory environments — Ontario MOL/OHSA, US OSHA, ISO 45001

* Experience selling into mid-market companies (50–500 employees)

What This Is Not

* This is not a lead generation role. You are expected to close.

* There is no base salary. This is for commission-driven closers only.

* This is not a marketing role. We have content. We need deals.

Compensation Structure

Profit sharing on closed deals. Structure shared directly with shortlisted candidates. Recurring revenue model — meaning your earnings grow with the customer base you build.

Experience:

* 100 closed B2B SaaS deals: 3 years (preferred)

* Work Location: Remote
