Role Overview:
As an independent contractor, you’ll lead business development efforts across the EU — identifying high‑potential clients, managing outreach campaigns, negotiating deals, and closing strategic partnerships. You’ll work closely with the founder to shape our go‑to‑market strategy and accelerate revenue growth. Note: You won’t need to spend hours manually searching on Google or other platforms; we provide you with an internal AI‑powered tool that surfaces ready‑to‑reach leads so you can focus on outreach and closing.
We provide you with an internal AI‑powered tool that includes:
* AI lead target search,
* integrated CRM, and
* a Kanban board,
so you have everything you need to find, manage, and move leads through the pipeline.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in sales or business development (B2B SaaS, eCommerce, or AI tools preferred)
* Strong network across European markets
* Self‑motivated and entrepreneurial mindset – you thrive working independently
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Fluent level in English (mandatory) plus at least one additional native European language
Compensation:
* 1,200€ monthly retainer, paid only if you close at least 1 deal per month
* 10% commission on each closed sale
* Additional performance‑based bonus for months in which 2 or more deals are closed
This is a high‑ticket sales role, so your earnings can grow quickly as you close more deals and demonstrate strong outbound performance.
