Power the Future of AI & Why This Role Matters
Join Sirion as an Analyst Configuration/ Implementation and play a critical role in ensuring seamless delivery, configuration, and support of Sirion’s SaaS platform. This role sits at the intersection of technology, customer success, and operations—driving issue resolution, platform customization, and customer satisfaction across enterprise environments.
You’ll collaborate closely with Customer Success, Service Desk, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and high-quality solutions for global customers.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
* Own Customer Issue Resolution: Take end-to-end ownership of customer-reported issues, ensuring timely diagnosis, resolution, and closure.
* Complex Problems: Work independently on complex technical and functional issues, identifying effective solutions aligned with client requirements.
* Enable Stakeholder Communication: Provide accurate and prompt updates to Account Managers and internal stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment.
* Configure & Customize Solutions: Customize the Sirion platform based on customer needs, specifications, and implementation requirements.
* Ensure Delivery Timelines: Collaborate cross-functionally to keep implementation milestones and project deadlines on track.
* Support Operational Excellence: Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Skills & Experience You Bring to the Table.
* ERP / SaaS Expertise: 2-4 years of experience in ERP implementation or SaaS cloud application support is preferred.
* Implementation & Support Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on experience supporting SaaS-based applications or cloud platforms.
* Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of technical implementation, system configuration, and user access management modules.
* Process Knowledge: Well-versed in SDLC, Incident Management, Change Management, UAT, and ticketing/bug-tracking tools.
* Analytical Mindset: Highly analytical, data-driven, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Comfortable working with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Service teams.
* Tool Proficiency: Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word, along with an understanding of internet technologies.
* Cloud & UAT Exposure: Experience with cloud-based implementations, process adaptation, and UAT execution.
