Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Cabridge or Boston, MA, USA with opportunities for remote work. You will have an office location to be able to meet and interact with the team.
The Imaging Clinical Trial Manager will oversee the imaging components of clinical trials, ensuring alignment with protocols and timelines.
All IAG project managers are very technically empowered and get constant refresher training on how to deploy the latest innovative tools or scoring systems in trials.
We are looking for a person who likes the technical site of imaging and thrives in the environment that brings together conversations about product management, DYNAMIKA eCRF, global operations, managing data across geographies, figuring out finance in global budgets, and truly helping our clients to succeed. The most successful PMs at IAG have biomedical engineering, radiography, computer science background and knowledge- thirst for power of imaging in trials.
Key responsibilities include
* client project understnding, connecting the medical, imaging and operational sides of the project,
* managing trial operations,
* coordinating with cross-functional teams, including DYNAMIKA develeopment team
* overseeing central imaging data reviews, and
* ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to streamline trial processes and enhance data management using IAG's proprietary platform DYNAMIKA.
A project manager at IAG will be 5-8 projects at any given time, from oncology, rheumatology, obesity, often involving MRI, DXA, CT, PET, Ultrasound.
The most successful PMs who enjoy the client facign conversations attend conferences and events on behalf of IAG, represent the company in client meetings and manage key accounts. This leads to the additional benefits and financial awards.
Qualifications
* Strong expertise in imaging Trial Management and Clinical Operations - min 3 years.
* Experience with Clinical Trials regulatory requirements
* Proficiency in understanding and implementing Protocol requirements
* Ability to budget, follow-up project costs, develop CO and track profitability
* Familiarity with JIRA or othe rproject management system
* Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to multitask and work within timeline-driven project environments
* Familiarity with imaging biomarkers and their application in clinical trials
