Position: Human Data Manager (Early Career)

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $40 - $55/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

* Design and manage data workflows for annotation, collection, processing, and analysis.

* Establish and monitor KPIs to drive operational efficiency and performance improvements.

* Analyze datasets to extract actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data operations with business goals.

* Develop reporting frameworks to track metrics, quality, and workflow performance.

* Continuously optimize processes to ensure scalability, accuracy, and data integrity.

* Take ownership of operational challenges and proactively implement solutions.

Requirements

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related fields.

* Strong experience in data analysis, annotation, or workflow optimization.

* Familiarity with operational processes and process improvement methodologies.

* Excellent communication skills to present insights clearly and effectively.

* Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail in data quality and validation.

* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.

* Interest in AI systems, human data operations, and performance optimization.
