Compensation: $10 - $36/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
* Review, develop, and update HR policies, handbooks, and documentation.
* Design and optimize onboarding processes and employee lifecycle workflows.
* Provide guidance on HR compliance and employee relations scenarios.
* Create and evaluate internal communications and change management strategies.
* Contribute expertise to improve AI-driven HR tools and resources.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure policy accuracy and clarity.
* Document and organize HR knowledge for training and process improvement.
Requirements
* Strong experience in HR policy, compliance, or people operations roles.
* Strong expertise in policy development and HR documentation.
* Strong understanding of HR compliance, onboarding, and employee relations.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to translate complex HR topics into clear documentation.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently in remote environments.
