HR Operations Specialist | $50/hr Remote

Position: Workforce Operations Expert

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $40 - $50/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

* Design and optimize structured rubrics for evaluating AI model outputs in workforce operations.

* Analyze and reconcile employee data from multiple systems to ensure accuracy and consistency.

* Collaborate with AI teams to create high-quality training data and evaluation tasks.

* Monitor workforce trends and generate reports to support operational decision-making.

* Support business continuity and incident response through workforce analytics.

* Communicate insights and recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders.

* Contribute to scalable workflows aligned with HR, security, and operational protocols.

Requirements

* Strong experience in people analytics, workforce tracking, and reporting systems.

* Experience developing structured rubrics for AI or data-driven projects.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Background in business continuity, crisis management, or incident response.

* Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions under uncertainty.

* Familiarity with cross-functional workflows across HR, security, and operations.

* High attention to detail with a strong focus on data integrity.
