Job Description

Daily Responsibilities:

Describe a typical ‘day in the life’:

* Responsible for working with business partners, and payroll team to ensure data reporting and payroll administration processes are seamlessly executed with high levels of accuracy

Program/Technology/Software Knowledge:

What program/technology/software knowledge is essential for this role? Describe in what capacity the selected candidate will be using it:

* Intermediate to advance Excel that would be used to be a great extent

Must-have Skills/Experiences and/or Education, Certifications, Qualifications, Designations:

* High School Diploma or GED

* 2-4 years recent relevant prior HR experience

* Experience working in a fast-paced working environment

* Intermediate to advanced Excel

Nice-to-have Skills/Experience and/or Education, Certifications, Qualifications, Designations:

* HR-Ops related experience would be great

Soft Skills:

* Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task effectively

* High level of professionalism with and familiar with working with confidential information

* Proficient time management and organizational skills

* High level customer service and people skills

* Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills

The expected base salary range for this position is $22 – $23 per hour, depending on experience, skills, and internal equity.
