As a Health Informatics Analyst, you'll apply your clinical data knowledge to help train and evaluate AI systems that are transforming how healthcare information is understood and used.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role that lets you contribute to meaningful AI work on your own schedule.

What You'll Do
* Analyze and interpret healthcare and EHR data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
* Evaluate AI-generated outputs related to clinical workflows, health information systems, and operational data for accuracy and quality
* Assess and provide structured feedback on data pipelines, reporting tools, and health informatics content
* Prepare clear, well-reasoned evaluations and recommendations based on your domain expertise
* Collaborate asynchronously with a global team of subject matter experts and AI researchers
Who You Are
* Experienced working with healthcare data, EHR systems, or clinical reporting platforms
* Strong analytical thinker with skills in data interpretation, reporting, and trend analysis
* Able to communicate complex clinical and operational findings in clear, structured formats
* Comfortable working independently on task-based assignments
* Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and quality
Nice to Have
* Experience with data annotation, data quality assurance, or evaluation workflows
* Familiarity with health IT standards (HL7, FHIR, ICD coding, etc.)
* Background in clinical informatics, population health, or healthcare analytics
* Prior exposure to AI or machine learning projects
