This executive serves as the senior-most leader for the U.S. market, owning full P&L responsibility and overseeing commercial, operational, and service execution across a complex, multi-channel business.

Key Responsibilities
General Management & P&L Leadership
* Own full U.S. P&L accountability, driving disciplined financial, commercial, and operational performance.
* Translate enterprise strategy into clear regional priorities, execution plans, and performance expectations.
* Balance growth objectives with operational rigor and financial efficiency.
Commercial & Market Leadership
* Lead and scale a high-performing sales organization across multiple channels, elevating value-based selling and execution discipline.
* Strengthen market penetration across priority customer segments and channels.
* Maintain senior-level relationships with key customers and partners, with direct involvement in critical deals.
Operations & Service Excellence
* Oversee end-to-end U.S. operations, including distribution, delivery, installation, technical service, and post-sales support.
* Establish clear KPIs, operating rhythms, and performance management to ensure consistent, high-quality execution.
* Drive continuous improvement across logistics, service, and customer experience.
Organizational Leadership
* Lead, develop, and motivate large, distributed teams through change in a matrixed global environment.
* Build strong leadership capability and accountability across sales and operations.
* Navigate global governance, targets, and processes while advocating effectively for U.S. market needs.
Change & Growth Execution
* Lead organizational evolution required to support scale, including territory design, leadership transitions, and operating model refinement.
* Step into complexity, create clarity, and raise execution standards across the business.
* Maintain strong field presence and visibility with teams and customers.
Qualifications & Experience
* Proven general management or P&L leadership experience at the President, GM, or regional CEO level.
* Track record leading complex, multi-channel businesses with large sales and service organizations.
* Experience operating within global, matrixed, founder- or entrepreneur-led environments.
* Strong commercial instincts paired with deep operational credibility.
* Demonstrated ability to scale organizations while improving execution quality and predictability.
* Experience managing complexity across multiple locations, functions, and customer segments.
* High EQ leader with the ability to motivate teams, manage change, and deliver results.
* Continuous improvement mindset with a bias toward action and accountability.
* Willingness to maintain meaningful in-market presence.
* Italian fluency is a must.
