The Role We are seeking a heavy-hitting, hybrid operator to serve as a foundational leader, reporting directly to the CEO. In this early stage, you will act as the critical bridge between our internal operational strategy and our external customer execution.
This is not a traditional, neatly boxed role. Internally, you will act as a strategic right-hand to the CEO, driving cross-functional alignment and building our operating rhythms. Externally, you will single-handedly own the post-sales lifecycle for our earliest flagship, high dollar (7-figure) enterprise accounts. You will be in the weeds solving complex deployment challenges, navigating intricate enterprise hierarchies, and ensuring our first customers become wildly successful advocates.
The Trajectory We are looking for a builder. As ArgusEye scales and secures our next rounds of funding, this role is designed to evolve. Within 12 to 18 months, you will help us determine the operational structure of the company, transitioning to build and lead our dedicated Customer Success organization, or stepping into a permanent COO/VP of Operations role.
Key Responsibilities
* Executive Strategy & Operations: Act as a strategic partner to the CEO. Drive executive operating rhythms, manage leadership team meetings, and take ownership of high-priority strategic initiatives and operational gaps.
* Own the Customer Journey: Direct the post-sales lifecycle from onboarding and deployment to adoption, retention, and expansion for complex enterprise accounts.
* Master Enterprise Implementations: Deeply understand the technical and operational environments of large enterprises. Map stakeholder hierarchies, identify power users, navigate security approvals, and deploy strategies to accelerate time-to-value.
* Voice of the Customer: Act as the critical feedback loop between our early customers and our Product/Engineering teams. Translate user experiences, deployment friction, and feature requests into actionable roadmap priorities.
* Evangelize AI in Security: Serve as a trusted advisor to CISOs, CTOs, and VP-level executives post-sale, ensuring they continuously see how ArgusEye’s AI-driven platform fortifies their security posture.
* Build the Foundation: Create repeatable customer onboarding playbooks and establish core company KPIs to prepare for future team scaling.
What We're Looking For
* Hybrid Leadership Experience: 5+ years of combined experience spanning strategic roles (Management Consulting, BizOps, Chief of Staff) and customer-facing enterprise roles (Strategic Customer Success, Account Management, or highly technical Sales).
* Operational Rigor: You excel at bringing order to chaos, building frameworks, and optimizing processes from scratch without needing a roadmap handed to you.
* Customer Empathy & Hustle: You possess the emotional intelligence to navigate frustrated stakeholders and the hustle to find creative workarounds to technical or organizational blockers at the C-suite level.
* Cybersecurity DNA: Prior experience in the cybersecurity space is required. You must be comfortable speaking the language of security professionals and deeply understanding their pain points.
* Industry Acumen: A strong understanding of the business dynamics, regulatory pressures, and supply chain complexities within Operational Technology (OT), Medical Devices, or Consumer OEM sectors.
* AI Conviction: A deep-seated belief in the value that AI brings to the cybersecurity landscape, specifically in automating compliance and accelerating product delivery.
