What’s the role?
We are looking for a Head of Marketing - FirstSpirit CMS - who will own the entire marketing strategy and organisation for FirstSpirit across the DACH region. This is a mission-critical leadership role with direct impact on market perception, pipeline generation, and long-term growth. FirstSpirit is evolving from a leading Enterprise CMS into a next-generation AI-powered platform, and you will play a central role in that transformation.
By joining Rezolve you will work with some of the most attractive, luxury and fast moving brands.
What will you be doing?
* Define and own the FirstSpirit brand strategy in the DACH market, leading the integration and positioning of Rezolve AI within the FirstSpirit portfolio and translating advanced AI and platform capabilities into compelling enterprise value propositions.
* Ensure consistent, differentiated messaging across all channels and customer touchpoints, maintaining a clear and unified brand presence across the region.
* Take full responsibility for marketing strategy, execution, and budget across DACH, building and developing a high-performing marketing organisation while acting as a strategic partner to Sales, Product, Partner Management, and global stakeholders.
* Establish clear KPIs, dashboards, and performance governance frameworks, reporting regularly on marketing performance and its contribution to business outcomes.
* Own product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies, developing industry use-cases, and persona-based narratives for enterprise buyers and leading product launches against clear success measures.
* Drive sales enablement and competitive differentiation, aligning product marketing efforts directly to pipeline quality and revenue contribution.
* Design and execute scalable, pipeline-driven field marketing programmes, closely aligned with Sales on key accounts, ABM initiatives, events, partner marketing, and regional campaign execution.
* Lead data-driven demand generation and performance marketing strategies across paid, owned, and earned channels, continuously optimising the full funnel from awareness to revenue and improving CAC, pipeline contribution, and ROI.

* Proven leadership experience in B2B enterprise software (SaaS) marketing, with a track record of building and scaling integrated marketing organisations.
* Deep expertise across Product Marketing, Field Marketing, and Performance Marketing, with a strong understanding of AI as a key driver of modern marketing strategy and business growth.
* Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tooling within marketing functions to deliver meaningful efficiency gains and accelerate execution velocity.
* Strong understanding of complex enterprise buying processes and long sales cycles, with experience aligning marketing activity directly to pipeline and revenue outcomes.
* Experience with CMS, SaaS platforms, AI-driven products, or enterprise technology is strongly preferred.
* Strategic thinker with the hands-on execution capability to operate effectively across both leadership and delivery, without losing sight of detail or results.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams across Sales, Product, and global leadership.
* Fluent in English with German proficiency required to lead effectively in the DACH market.
