This role is being recruited by CoffeeSpace on behalf of Humeo, a San Francisco-based AI product lab building the next interface for creative expression.
We’re helping Humeo identify a small number of high-caliber GTM leaders from our network who can operate at founder-level ownership. If there’s a strong fit, you’ll start with an initial conversation via CoffeeSpace before moving into direct conversations with the Humeo founder.
Head of GTM / Experiments
Location: San Francisco (in-person)
Compensation: $150k-$200k base + meaningful early equity
Total target comp: $200k-$250k (base + equity)
What Humeo Is Building
Humeo is building new interfaces for creation and expression in an AI-native world.
Today, fewer than 5% of the world’s 5.2B social media users create regularly – not because they lack ideas, but because creation is still high-friction, time-consuming, and mentally demanding. Meanwhile, short-form video dominates attention.
Humeo believes AI can close this gap.
Their first product functions like an AI short-video production crew in your pocket:
* AI Strategist: generates personalized short-form content plans
* AI Director: guides creators through recording via interview-style prompts

This is not a traditional GTM role; it’s an opportunity to help define the motion, shape the product feedback loop, and grow into a true founding-level position as the company scales.
The Role
As Head of GTM / Experiments, you’ll own the go-to-market motion end-to-end — from sourcing and onboarding early users to building feedback loops that convert signal into revenue, retention, and product insight.
Humeo goes to market through creator partnerships, affiliates, outbound experiments, and relentless iteration. Your job is to turn chaos into systems without killing velocity.
This is a high-agency, execution-heavy role that sits at the intersection of growth, sales, product feedback, and experimentation.
What You'll Do
* Run daily GTM experiments across creators, coaches, affiliates, and outbound
* Build and manage a small intern “strike team” to execute outreach, demos, and follow-ups
* Create repeatable systems for cold email, LinkedIn outreach, DMs, and referrals
* Build and manage creator or coach partnerships that actually move revenue
* Run demos, close deals, handle rejection, refine ICP, and uncover new demand pockets
* Track metrics tightly and double down on what works while killing what doesn’t
This is a hands-on role. You’ll design the playbook and execute it.

You’re likely a strong fit if you:
* Are scrappy, fast, and find clarity through action
* Think like a strategist but operate like a guerrilla marketer
* Understand customers deeply — how they think, what they buy, what they fear
* Can manage people, build processes, and still jump on the phone to close
* Have extreme agency and don’t wait to be told what to do
Backgrounds that tend to do well:
* Early-stage GTM leaders or growth operators
* Former founders or first-10 hires who’ve built GTM from scratch
* Sales-adjacent operators who love experimentation and iteration
