Join a high-growth startup building the ultimate AI conversational companion for sports fans and bettors. As Head of Growth, you will lead the charge in scaling user acquisition and brand presence. You'll own performance marketing, retention, and attribution while working directly with the CEO to define the company's trajectory in a massive market.

What You Will Do

* Design and execute performance marketing strategies across paid social channels, managing significant budgets to drive efficient CAC and LTV targets.

* Partner with data and engineering teams to build a robust internal measurement and attribution framework for cross-channel experimentation.

* Oversee brand identity, PR efforts, and influencer partnerships to transform the product into a household name for sports enthusiasts.

The ideal candidate

* 4+ years of growth marketing experience within consumer tech, specifically scaling user bases for mobile or social products.

* Deeply analytical mindset with a mastery of performance metrics like Payback Periods, CTR, and retention cohorts.

* Scrappy, entrepreneurial spirit with a proven track record of moving from strategy to execution without requiring a large supporting team.
