What will you be doing?
We are looking for a highly motivated and hands-on Head of Growth with a passion for consumer health tech and wellness. This role is not just about high-level strategy; it is about building the engine that drives our business forward.
As the Head of Growth at Kimba, you will be the bridge between our product and our future customers. You will be responsible for the entire acquisition funnel, from identifying who our customers are and what triggers them, to validating channels and optimizing the conversion path. This is an ideal role for a "full-stack" marketer who loves the thrill of taking a product from zero to one.
What are you responsible for?
* GTM Strategy: Develop and execute the end-to-end Go-To-Market strategy to launch the product and generate initial traction.
* Channel Acquisition: Identify, test, and scale user acquisition channels, including Paid Social (Meta/TikTok), Search (Google), Influencer Marketing, and Email.
* Audience Research: Conduct deep audience research to define our Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and craft the specific messaging and hooks that resonate with them.
* Rapid Experimentation: Lead rapid testing across the funnel, from ad creative concepts to landing page A/B testing, to lower CAC and improve conversion.
* Web Optimization: Own the website experience and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), ensuring that traffic turns into sales.
* Infrastructure Setup: Set up the marketing infrastructure (tracking, pixels, analytics) to ensure every dollar spent is measured.
Key KPIs to focus on
* Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
* Month-over-Month Revenue Growth and Customer Growth
* Website and Funnel Conversion Rates
* Retention and Lifetime Value (LTV)
Previous experience we are looking for
* Growth Marketing: 5+ years of professional experience, ideally within Direct-to-Consumer (DTC), Wellness, or Consumer Tech sectors.
* Zero-to-One: Demonstrated history of taking a product from scratch to market or scaling a brand significantly in its early stages.
* Media Buying: Hands-on experience managing ad budgets and operating platforms like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
* Funnel Building: Experience building and optimizing landing pages (Shopify, Unbounce, etc.) and managing email automation flows.
* Tech Stack: Deep understanding of the modern marketing stack and attribution models.
* Business Model: Experience with hardware/subscription models is a big plus.

* Unit Economics: Deep understanding of the financials behind growth—contribution margins, payback periods, and LTV:CAC ratios to ensure sustainable scaling.
