About The Role
As we scale, we’re looking for a Head of Supply Growth to build and lead the engine that powers MAVI’s talent network - owning the strategy, operations, and systems that bring the best finance professionals in the world onto our platform.
What You’ll Do
Own MAVI’s Supply Growth engine
* Define and execute the strategy for building MAVI’s global network of finance and accounting professionals.
* Own the entire talent funnel, including sourcing, application conversion, vetting, onboarding, and activation.
* Ensure supply availability matches marketplace demand across skill sets, seniority levels, and geographies.
* Own the Talent quality for those entering our network.
Build and optimize the Talent funnel
* Design and continuously improve the supply acquisition and vetting funnel.
* Analyze funnel performance across every stage (traffic → applications → interviews → approvals → activations).
* Identify bottlenecks and deploy experiments to improve conversion and efficiency alongside product and engineering.
Drive operational excellence across Talent Growth team
* Lead and manage the Talent Growth team, responsible for sourcing, vetting, and admitting talent.
* Build capacity planning systems to ensure the team can meet growth targets.
* Develop playbooks, workflows, and operational infrastructure that scale as the company grows.
* Be extremely data-driven in approaches, and have accurate tracking of performance and metrics.
Implement automation and systems alongside product / eng
* Be a high value partner to product / eng and steer conversations on how to improve supply-side efficiency.
* Build systems that reduce manual work across sourcing, vetting, and candidate management.
* Leverage internal tooling and data infrastructure to continuously improve supply efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
* 6-10+ years of experience in growth, operations, product, consulting, or marketplace roles.
* Strong analytical mindset with deep experience using data to drive operational decisions.
* Proven ability to build and scale operational systems and teams.
* Experience managing complex funnels or operational pipelines.
* Ability to operate in high-ambiguity startup environments and move quickly.
* Exceptional problem-solving and structured thinking skills.
* Clear communicator, and natural leadership instinct → you have a proven leadership track record.
* Huge plus if you’ve scaled marketplaces before.
