Our client provides a sophisticated, AI-powered platform used by over 6,000 teams across nearly 30 countries to replace manual legacy processes with intelligent data-driven decision-making.
Following a period of massive international expansion and recently securing a partnership with one of the world’s largest global sports and footwear brands, they are seeking a Head of Growth to engineer the next phase of their global go-to-market (GTM) engine.
The Role
This is a central leadership position responsible for developing and driving the core components of the global GTM strategy. You will act as a GTM Engineer, remaining hands-on with AI and automation while building the systems that power outbound targeting and funnel visibility.
The ideal candidate brings a blend of demand generation, marketing operations, and advanced analytics, with a focus on account-based marketing (ABM) to support an enterprise sales team through complex, high-value deals.
Key Responsibilities
* Demand Generation & ABM: Design and own the end-to-end strategy for an Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). You will execute "always-on" and campaign-based ABM motions (1:1, 1:few, 1:many) across email, paid media, and events to accelerate the enterprise pipeline.
* GTM Systems & Automation: Own the marketing tech stack, including CRM integrations, enrichment, and sequencing tools. You will configure and optimize workflows to automate lead routing, scoring, and follow-up across the full funnel.
* AI & Personalization: Evaluate and implement AI tools to personalize outreach at scale and surface "next-best actions" for the sales team based on account data.
* Analytics & Measurement: Define core growth and funnel metrics, including account engagement, opportunity velocity, and pipeline contribution. You will build dashboards that provide leadership with a clear view of ROI and experiment performance.
* Intent-Based Targeting: Develop strategies to identify and activate accounts based on first-party behavior and third-party intent signals, turning data into practical outbound talk tracks for sales.

* Enterprise GTM Expert: You have a proven track record in high-growth, venture-backed environments, specifically supporting enterprise sales cycles.
* Technical & Analytical: You are comfortable "under the hood" of a tech stack and can translate complex quantitative data into actionable recommendations.
* Strategic Tester: You are obsessed with refining messaging and offers to improve conversion rates and shorten sales cycles.
* Global Collaborator: You are adept at working with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product) across multiple international time zones, including the U.S. and Australia.
