Snapp is building AI for the Sports Fanβ€” the ultimate conversational companion for diehard fans to sports bettors.

We use AI agentic systems and LLMs with access to comprehensive sports databases, real-time APIs, and AI-powered content tools to truly engage the passionate fan. Our early adopters are sports bettors and fantasy players looking for detailed insights and personalized recommendations β€” delivered in an intuitive, easy-to-use experience.

We're venture-backed (a16z speedrun) and led by repeat founders, including the co-founder of Caviar (DoorDash acquisition).

🏈 The Role

We're looking for a Head of Growth & Paid Marketing to scale our marketing efforts and directly impact the company's growth trajectory. You'll be responsible for driving our next level of marketing leadership across paid social, retention, analytics, and brand β€” building a solid foundation for growth.

You're a scrappy, entrepreneurial, and data-driven marketer who can own and lead acquisition channels and strategy to accelerate our revenue trajectory. You execute with confidence because you've proven your abilities in past roles and can replicate results in a new context. Beyond digital marketing, you bring experience with brand, PR, and partnerships. As a well-rounded head of growth, your core KPIs will be geared towards building the Snapp brand and acquiring lifetime users.

πŸ’» What You'll Do

* Work closely with the CEO to align on strategy and scale the business

* Own growth metrics β€” implement strategy, track, and analyze CAC, LTV, Payback Periods, Retention, Spend, and Budgets

* Drive performance marketing on paid social channels to make a large business impact by proactively identifying opportunities and implementing strategies that expand and improve efficiency across programs

* Lead measurement and attribution β€” partner with data and engineering on developing and executing a robust channel attribution and experimentation roadmap

* Manage relationships with in-house teams, agencies, and contractors to ensure smooth operations and top-notch performance from all growth resources

* Lead brand and PR efforts β€” oversee and collaborate on growth execution, PR, partnerships, and brand identity

* Build the team β€” develop and hire growth support roles as needed

* Proven track record of growing revenue and userbase significantly at a consumer tech company

* 4+ years of experience working across consumer brands (online and offline channels)

* Autonomous and scrappy β€” able to deal with ambiguity by seeking out opportunities and proactively developing strategy

* Deep ownership mentality β€” you feel responsible for the KPIs of your role and the overall business, without being siloed

* Data-driven and analytical β€” your strategy and decisions are based on CAC, CTR, bounce rates, etc., yet you can step outside the box for creative solutions

* Highly self-motivated with a stellar work ethic, looking for the right company to support your growth

* Experience with ad management and analytics platforms

* Salary: $140k – $170k

* Equity: 0.05% – 0.25%

* Benefits: Medical, dental, vision. Paid lunch when in office.

* Location: SF Bay Area (Hybrid β€” 2-3 days/week in SF office)
