Head of EPD Systems and AI Transformation

For our client, we are seeking a Head Of EPD Systems And AI Transformation to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will shape high-impact initiatives at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and execution. You will partner across technical and business teams to turn complex ideas into scalable solutions and meaningful outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to influence both roadmap priorities and long-term organizational capability.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $150,000 – $180,000 annually

Responsibilities

* Define and execute a multi-quarter roadmap for EPD transformation

* Lead and develop a team focused on EPD systems and automation

* Identify systemic risks and opportunities for strategic interventions

* Design an integrated information flow across core systems

* Automate status reporting and streamline executive updates

* Create agents to assist teams in real-time decision-making

* Enhance customer feedback loops with actionable insights

Qualifications

* 5-7 years in systems leadership or related roles

* Experience in Product Management, Engineering Management, or Product Operations

* Strong technical knowledge to design end-to-end systems

* Ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams

* Proven record in developing and implementing AI and automation strategies

* Excellent communication skills to simplify and align complex systems

* Data-driven mindset for measuring success and iterating quickly
