Following a recent strategic acquisition that strengthened its investor communications and engagement capabilities, the company is uniquely positioned as a global technology partner across multiple stakeholder ecosystems.

The business is now entering the next phase of its transformation journey — placing Agentic and Generative AI at the centre of its enterprise strategy.

The Opportunity

HD-Tech is seeking an exceptional SVP of Enterprise AI to lead a large-scale Agentic AI transformation programme at enterprise level.

This is a high-impact executive role, reporting directly to the CTO, responsible for defining, implementing and governing the organisation’s Enterprise AI vision. The successful candidate will act as the central driver of AI strategy execution — ensuring structured adoption, measurable ROI, and responsible innovation across the business.

This role will operate at the intersection of Technology, Legal & Compliance, Information Security, Finance, and Business Operations — ensuring AI initiatives are scalable, governed, commercially aligned, and strategically prioritised.

Key Responsibilities

* Translate CTO vision into actionable, enterprise-wide AI execution plans with measurable outcomes

* Own and lead the Enterprise AI programme, ensuring delivery of meaningful ROI

* Drive adoption of Agentic AI across business units through structured frameworks and governance

* Develop integrated project roadmaps covering timelines, dependencies, risk management and resource planning

* Build and maintain a centralised inventory of all AI initiatives to ensure transparency and strategic alignment

* Design and implement performance dashboards to measure ROI of AI agents and enterprise AI impact

* Partner with Finance to identify cost-reduction and efficiency opportunities through AI deployment

* Collaborate with Microsoft and Learning & Development to implement enterprise AI training programmes

* Lead cross-functional engagement across technical and non-technical teams

* Govern approval processes, reporting standards, documentation, and compliance requirements

* Establish AI best practice frameworks to support responsible innovation in a regulated environment

Required Experience & Expertise

* Proven Applied Generative AI leader with a track record of delivering AI initiatives in complex enterprises

* Minimum 6+ years in senior programme or project leadership within technology-driven environments

* Deep expertise in cross-functional programme governance and executive stakeholder engagement

* Demonstrated experience building AI frameworks, governance structures and measurable delivery metrics

* Strong commercial acumen with ability to evidence ROI from transformation programmes

* Experience working in regulated industries preferred
