Head of Business Operations

2. About the Opportunity:

The Head of Business Operations will develop, implement, and optimize the operational framework that supports the organization’s growth and execution. This role is responsible for designing and leading the management operating system to ensure clarity, accountability, and speed in decision-making and execution. It serves as a key partner to the executive team by providing strategic analyses, managing high-priority projects, and addressing bottlenecks that enable scaling without sacrificing focus or velocity.

3. Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain operating systems including dashboards, OKRs, cadences, and forecasting for visibility and alignment, including monthly performance reviews

• Design scalable, efficient processes for decision-making, resource allocation, and cross-functional coordination using a constraints-based scaling approach

• Ensure clear prioritization, tracking, and consistent execution across teams

• Lead high-impact analyses, special projects, and bottleneck removal to support growth

• Collaborate with executives to develop operational and business strategies and model execution plans

4. Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Operations, Finance, Data Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field preferred

• 8+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, or management consulting with operational scaling experience

• Proven ability to design and implement company-wide operating systems such as dashboards, OKRs, forecasting, and planning cadences

• Highly proficient financial and operational modeling skills in Excel

• Experience working closely with executive teams to provide insights, models, and recommendations for decision-making

• Strong background in strategic planning, resource allocation, and organizational scaling

• Ability to manage complex cross-functional projects and align stakeholders

• Excellent communication skills to translate complex information into clear insights for leadership and teams

• Experience in high-growth, venture-backed technology companies preferred

• Familiarity with robotics, autonomous vehicles, or healthcare technology is a plus

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
