The Role
Corley Energy is seeking a Head of AI Infrastructure Partnerships to lead the commercialization of large-scale power capacity for AI data centers and hyperscale infrastructure.
This role sits at the intersection of energy infrastructure, data center development, and AI compute demand. The ideal candidate will bring deep relationships across hyperscalers, GPU cloud companies, and data center developers, and will help translate Corley Energy’s power assets into long-term infrastructure partnerships.
You will work directly with the CEO and leadership team to secure customers, structure partnerships, and help position Corley Energy as a preferred partner for AI infrastructure deployment.
ResponsibilitiesBuild Strategic Relationships
Develop and manage relationships with:
* Hyperscale cloud providers
* AI infrastructure companies
* GPU cloud platforms
* Data center developers
* Site selection consultants
* Infrastructure investors
Source and Secure Customers
Identify companies requiring large-scale compute capacity (50–250+ MW) and introduce Corley Energy’s power infrastructure as a solution.
Responsibilities include:
* Customer pipeline development
* Infrastructure partnership negotiations
* Power purchase agreement discussions
* Long-term capacity agreements
Translate Power Into Infrastructure Opportunity
Work with internal teams to position Corley Energy sites as viable locations for AI compute infrastructure by evaluating:
* Power availability and scalability
* Data center deployment requirements
* Connectivity and fiber infrastructure
* Cooling and site development constraints
Structure Strategic Partnerships
Lead discussions around various commercial structures including:
* Behind-the-meter energy supply agreements
* Build-to-suit AI data centers
* Colocation partnerships
* Joint venture infrastructure developments
Market Intelligence
Track and analyze trends across:
* AI compute demand
* hyperscale expansion
* GPU cloud infrastructure development
* power pricing and procurement strategies
Provide strategic insight to leadership on where demand is emerging and where Corley Energy should prioritize development.
Ideal Background
The strongest candidates will have experience in one or more of the following:
* Data center site selection or infrastructure expansion
* Hyperscale infrastructure strategy
* Data center development or hyperscale partnerships
* Energy procurement for large-scale compute infrastructure
* AI infrastructure development
Candidates may come from hyperscalers, major data center developers, infrastructure advisory firms, or AI compute companies.
What Success Looks Like
Within the first 24 months, the Head of AI Infrastructure Partnerships will help Corley Energy:
* Build a robust pipeline of hyperscale and AI infrastructure customers
* Secure long-term contracts for significant power capacity
* Establish Corley Energy as a trusted partner for AI infrastructure deployment
Compensation
Compensation will include:
