Head of AI Content

The Role

We are looking for an AI Content Lead to build and lead our production engine from zero. You will own the full creative pipeline: turning agentic AI systems into consistent, high-retention content.

This is a foundational role — you’ll shape the creative direction, work with the tech team to influence the tech stack, and first wave of content that will fuel both YouTube growth and a future distribution platforms.

Key Responsibilities

* Design and optimize an production workflow (script → visual generation → consistency → audio/dubbing with Dubme Flow → Distribution).

* Produce and iterate on 5–10 high-quality microdramas per month in the first phase.

* Lead experimentation with current video models (Kling, Runway, Luma, Pika, etc.) + prompting, ControlNet, character consistency tools.

* Analyze performance (views, retention, completion rate) and rapidly improve output.

* Define the creative bible and visual style for our proprietary storytelling universe.

* Work closely with our engineering team to integrate and scale the pipeline.

What We’re Looking For

* Proven track record shipping AI-generated video content with real audience impact (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram — send us examples!).

* Strong creative taste + understanding of what makes stories addictive and engaging.

* Deep hands-on experience with agentic systems, LLMs, and generative video tools.

* Bias for action, speed of iteration, and comfort in a fast-moving startup.

* Ability to balance creativity with data-driven decisions.
