Job Summary

AllCloud is looking for an experienced Head of AI & Business Transformations. as the Head of AI & Business Transformations will lead the company’s AI-enabled transformation agenda by identifying high-value opportunities, redesigning core workflows, and scaling solutions that improve productivity, decision-making, customer experience, and growth. The role owns the roadmap from opportunity identification through deployment, adoption, and value realization.

Key responsibilities:

* Develop and own the AI and business transformation strategy aligned to enterprise priorities.

* Identify, prioritize, and deliver high-impact use cases across functions such as

* operations, finance, sales, legal, marketing, or employee success.

* Lead cross-functional teams to redesign workflows, remove manual effort, and improve speed, quality, and efficiency.

* Translate business problems into practical AI-enabled solutions, working closely with technology, data, security, legal, and operations teams.

* Collaborate with CISO and Compliance on governance for responsible AI use, data privacy, security, compliance, and model oversight.

* Drive change management, training, and adoption so that AI tools are embedded in day-to-day work.

* Define success metrics, track ROI, and report progress to executive leadership.

* Build internal capability by creating playbooks, standards, and reusable assets for repeatable transformation.

Requirements:

* Bachelor or advanced degree preferred.

* 10+ years in business transformation, strategy, operations, digital, product, or related leadership roles.

* Proven experience delivering enterprise change, not just advising on it.

* Strong understanding of AI, automation, data analytics, and workflow redesign.

* Demonstrated ability to lead senior stakeholders and influence across functions.

* Experience with governance, risk, compliance, and responsible technology deployment.

* Strong commercial judgment and the ability to quantify business impact.

* Proven experience working as a consultant, with the ability to manage stakeholders and navigate

* complex organizational structures.

* Productivity improvement and cycle-time reduction.

* Adoption rate of new AI-enabled processes.

* Revenue growth, cost savings, or margin improvement attributable to transformation.

* Number of scalable use cases delivered.

* Measurable employee and customer experience gains.
