2. About the Opportunity:

The Head of AI leads the artificial intelligence practice across the United States and Canada. This executive role is responsible for defining strategy, driving growth, ensuring delivery excellence, and managing talent within the AI portfolio. The position includes ownership of practice profit and loss, developing scalable AI offerings, and collaborating with sales and delivery teams to increase revenue and customer impact across multiple industries.

3. Responsibilities:

• Define and execute the North America AI practice strategy aligned with corporate objectives

• Develop and maintain a 12–24 month roadmap for AI capabilities including GenAI, Agentic AI, applied ML, AI engineering, MLOps, and governance

• Identify strategic opportunities and prioritize investments for growth and scale

• Lead and manage the AI delivery team, focusing on talent development and utilization targets

• Support advisory and global teams with packaged offerings, accelerators, and reusable components

• Collaborate on industry-specific AI solutions with measurable results

• Represent the organization externally through speaking engagements, publications, and analyst briefings

• Own pipeline and bookings targets for AI services in North America, partnering with sales, alliances, and marketing

• Support solutioning for strategic pursuits, including proposal development and pricing models

• Foster partner ecosystem relationships with hyperscalers and AI platform vendors

• Ensure quality delivery of AI projects with strong governance and risk management

• Standardize AI delivery methodologies from discovery to continuous improvement

• Drive customer adoption and measurable business value through disciplined success management

• Build and scale a high-performing AI team, including hiring, skills frameworks, and mentorship

• Upskill delivery teams via training programs and communities of practice

• Foster a culture emphasizing engineering rigor, responsible AI, collaboration, and learning

• Establish responsible AI standards addressing privacy, security, bias mitigation, and model risk

• Collaborate with security, legal, and compliance teams to meet client and regulatory requirements

• Define and monitor AI practice quality standards, including data governance and audits

• Support financial management of the AI practice including revenue, margin, utilization, and investment planning

• Set operational rhythms including quarterly business reviews, forecasting, and capacity planning

• Optimize the delivery model to meet client needs and margin targets

4. Requirements:

• 15+ years in technology consulting, product engineering, or enterprise technology leadership, with at least 8 years in AI/ML/GenAI leadership

• Proven experience building and scaling an AI practice with P&L responsibility and measurable revenue growth

• Strong knowledge of the modern AI stack including GenAI (LLMs), Agentic AI, ML, data engineering, AI platforms, MLOps/LLMOps, and cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP)

• Experience delivering AI solutions end-to-end: discovery, production, monitoring, and improvement

• Executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead complex deals

• Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams (AI architects, engineers, data scientists, product managers, delivery leaders)

• Understanding of responsible AI, security, and privacy requirements for enterprise AI

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
