Your Role

We are looking for a GTM & Growth Manager to help build and scale the systems behind our sales and marketing operations.

This role sits at the intersection of Revenue Operations, Automation, and AI. You will work directly with the CEO and the commercial team to build scalable outreach systems, optimize CRM infrastructure, and automate GTM workflows.

Your work will directly impact how we identify opportunities, reach customers, and scale revenue.

Your Responsibilities

Revenue Operations & GTM Infrastructure

* Build and optimize sales and marketing processes across tools such as Clay, Zapier, and n8n, using modern AI tools such as Claude Code.

* Take ownership of the GTM infrastructure, ensuring our systems are scalable, reliable, and well structured.

* Maintain and improve CRM architecture, ensuring high-quality data for reporting, pipeline management, and forecasting.

* Support revenue operations by implementing best practices in CRM structure, pipeline tracking, and sales processes.

Automation & Outreach Systems

* Design, launch, and continuously improve automated email and LinkedIn outreach workflows.

* Build and maintain automation pipelines that enrich data, identify prospects, and trigger outreach sequences.

* Identify signals and patterns in our data to prioritize accounts and improve targeting.

* Continuously test and improve outreach strategies and messaging performance.

Process Optimization & AI

* Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and automate repetitive tasks across the organization.

* Build AI-assisted workflows and agents to support research, outreach, and internal operations.

* Experiment with new automation and AI tools that can improve GTM efficiency.

Operational Support

* Support the CEO and sales team with day-to-day GTM operations.

* Help ensure smooth coordination between sales, marketing, and operations.

* Drive projects from idea to implementation with a high level of ownership.

Your Profile

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Engineering, or a related field.

* Strong interest in automation, AI tools, and process optimization in a GTM environment.

* First experience with CRM systems (Pipedrive, HubSpot, Salesforce) and automation tools (Zapier, n8n, Clay, Apollo) is a strong plus.

* Ideally experience building AI agents or automation workflows using Claude Code or similar tools.

* Analytical and detail-oriented with a strong ownership mindset.

* Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment.

* Excellent English communication skills (German is a plus but not required).

* Available to work on-site in Garching near Munich (4/5 days per week).
