Journify LearningFull Description
About Journify Learning
Journify Learning is the evidence-based AI assistant for special education that maximizes the efficiency and effectiveness of every special educator. It saves teachers time, drives student outcomes through evidence-based practices, and strengthens district compliance with centralized data tracking and reporting.
Today, Journify supports educators across 15+ U.S. states and is growing rapidly, empowering teachers, school leaders, and districts to personalize learning and strengthen compliance in one intuitive, intelligent platform.
Backed by leading edtech investors including Reach Capital and NewSchools Venture Fund, Journify has raised $3.7M to scale its mission. We’ve been recognized by Digital Promise for Responsible AI, won the Tools Competition (the world’s largest edtech competition), and most recently won the K–12 track of the ASU+GSV Cup 50 (from 3,000+ global companies).
The Role
Go-to-market teams today operate across fragmented systems: CRM, data providers, enrichment tools, email platforms, and internal workflows. Most of this stack is loosely connected, highly manual, and difficult to scale.
We’re looking for a technical intern to design and build the backbone of our GTM systems, integrating tools like HubSpot, Apollo, Starbridge, and internal data pipelines into a unified, intelligent layer.
This is not a traditional ops role. You’ll think like an engineer and build systems that allow us to automate workflows, orchestrate data across tools, and deploy AI-powered agents that support outbound, follow-ups, research, and pipeline management at scale.
You’ll work directly with the founding team on high-impact problems, with the opportunity to shape how a modern AI-native GTM engine should operate.
What You’ll Work On
* Build integrations across GTM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Apollo, Starbridge, internal systems) to create a unified data layer
* Design workflows that automate lead enrichment, segmentation, and outreach triggers
* Develop AI-powered agents to support sales workflows (e.g., research, personalization, follow-ups, pipeline insights)
* Experiment with MCP-style architectures and orchestration layers for coordinating multiple tools and agents
* Improve data quality, reliability, and visibility across the GTM stack
* Prototype quickly, test with real workflows, and iterate based on usage
What We’re Looking For
* Currently pursuing a degree in CS, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
* Strong builder mindset: you’ve shipped real projects end-to-end (not just coursework)
* Experience working with APIs, data pipelines, or system integrations
* Interest in AI agents, automation, and LLM-powered workflows
* Comfortable with Python and/or JavaScript
* Systems thinking: you understand how data flows across tools and how to design for reliability and scale
* High ownership and comfort operating in ambiguity
Strong pluses: Experience with CRMs (e.g., HubSpot), sales tooling, or workflow automation. Familiarity with prompt engineering, retrieval, or agent orchestration.
What You’ll Get
* Ownership of high-impact systems used in real revenue-generating workflows
* Direct mentorship from the founding team (ex-Microsoft, Atlassian, Intuit)
* Exposure to how early-stage startups build and scale GTM from first principles
* The opportunity to work at the frontier of AI + sales automation
* The chance to build systems that directly support growth and scale
Logistics
* Duration: Summer 2026 (10–12 weeks)
* Location: Remote (US/Canada)
* Hours: Full-time
To Apply
* Reach out via email to [email protected] by May 15 with your resume and links to projects (e.g. GitHub). Bonus: Tell us about something you automated or built that saved people time.
