We’re hiring a GTM Engineer for a VC-backed, product-led SaaS at Seed stage (12 people).
This is the most important hire in the company right now.
You’ll own growth end-to-end and be responsible for designing, building, and scaling the entire acquisition engine.
Based in Paris with a base salary of up to 80,000 plus bonus & strong equity.
You’ll be responsible for:
* How leads are generated
* How experiments are run
* How funnels convert
* How growth compounds
If growth works, it’s because of you. If it doesn’t, you fix it.
This role directly impacts:
* Revenue
* Product adoption
* Market positioning
You’ll have more leverage than almost anyone in the business.
What You’ll Do
* Design and execute the growth strategy across outbound, inbound, and experiments
* Build automated acquisition systems using modern growth tooling
* Own the entire growth funnel (traffic → activation → conversion)
* Run continuous experiments across channels and messaging
* Work closely with the CEO and product team on GTM strategy
* Instrument analytics and dashboards to track what actually drives growth
This is a builder role — you will be creating systems, not managing agencies.

What You’ll Need
Strong hands-on experience with modern growth stacks, ideally:
* Clay
* Apollo / Instantly / Smartlead
* Enrichment + scraping tools
* Proven ability to build outbound systems
* Comfortable working with data, funnels, and experiments
* Experience in early-stage SaaS or scaling a growth function
Bonus Points
* Background in engineering, product, or technical marketing
* Experience building growth at Seed / Series A
* Familiarity with PLG motions
* Understanding of B2B SaaS sales cycles
