About Solaya
Solaya is redefining how e-commerce content is created. We've built an AI-powered pipeline that turns a 2-minute mobile scan into a high-fidelity 3D "digital twin" in under 25 minutes.
We're a deeptech startup backed by Betaworks and part of France 2030, bridging computer graphics, robotics, and commerce into a simple smartphone-based experience built for small businesses. We're looking for a GTM Engineer to turn our go-to-market motion into a scalable, systems-first, data-driven engine.
The Mission
Architect and operate the GTM infrastructure that allows Solaya to scale across thousands of SMBs; from pipeline tooling and data enrichment workflows to conversion experiments, with minimal manual overhead.
Key responsibilities
GTM infrastructure
Design, build and maintain the full outbound stack (email, LinkedIn, CRM workflows) to reach e-commerce merchants at scale. You own the system, not just the campaigns.
Segmentation & ICP engineering
Programmatically identify and segment high-potential SMB niches (Etsy power-sellers, boutique Shopify brands, 3D generalists) using enrichment APIs and custom data pipelines.
Funnel instrumentation & experimentation
Instrument the funnel end-to-end, run A/B tests on messaging and landing pages, and iterate on conversion rates with a scientific mindset.
Revenue operations
Manage the handoff between automated sequences and high-intent leads — ensuring the system converts, not just qualifies.
Stack ownership
Own and optimize our GTM stack (Apollo, Instantly, HubSpot) — build integrations, automate data flows, and make sure no lead falls through the cracks.
Profile we're looking for
Required: Engineer's mindset: You'd rather spend 3 hours building a workflow than 4 hours doing it manually. You think in systems, not tasks.
Required: Technical versatility: Comfortable writing scripts (Python, JS), calling APIs, and wiring tools via Zapier / Make / n8n to build custom GTM infrastructure.
Required: Obsessively data-driven — You instrument everything. CTR, reply rates, pipeline velocity — you know why a campaign works, not just that it does.
Strong plus: E-commerce fluency — You understand the pain points of online sellers (content creation, returns, conversion rates) and can speak their language.
Required: Autonomous & resourceful — Early-stage means no playbook exists yet. You'll write it.
