GTM Engineer

In this role, you will help design and scale the systems that power revenue growth by transforming product usage signals into actionable workflows across the customer lifecycle. You will work closely with Growth, RevOps, Sales, and Customer Success teams to build automation, improve data flow, and enable smarter decision-making across the funnel. This is a highly technical, cross-functional position focused on optimizing how GTM teams operate in a product-led environment. You will contribute directly to improving efficiency, visibility, and conversion across the revenue engine. Accountabilities

* Design and implement automation workflows across GTM systems such as CRM, data warehouses, and enrichment tools to reduce manual processes.

* Build and maintain infrastructure that converts product usage signals into actionable GTM triggers and workflows.

* Manage and optimize CRM architecture, including workflows, custom objects, properties, and sequences.

* Develop internal tools and dashboards that provide real-time insights for sales and customer-facing teams.

* Integrate AI tools into sales and GTM workflows to support account research, meeting preparation, and data summarization.

* Build and maintain data pipelines connecting product data, CRM systems, and analytics platforms for a unified account view.

* Create GTM dashboards and reporting systems to monitor pipeline health, conversion metrics, and revenue performance.

* Develop and manage integrations, APIs, and automation services across systems such as CRM, BigQuery, and workflow orchestration tools.

Requirements

* 3+ years of experience in GTM Engineering, RevOps Engineering, Sales Engineering, or similar roles in a B2B SaaS environment.

* Strong hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, including APIs, workflows, and custom objects.

* Proficiency in SQL and experience working with data warehouses such as BigQuery.

* Experience building automation and integrations using Python, Node.js, or similar technologies.

* Strong understanding of GTM systems, revenue operations, and data-driven sales processes.

* Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.

* Experience working in async, remote, or globally distributed teams is a strong plus.

* Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments with high ownership and autonomy.

* Bonus: experience applying AI tools within GTM or sales workflows.
