Solaya is a deeptech startup, backed by Betaworks, and part of France 2030. Our team bridges the gap between computer graphics, robotics and commerce, creating a simple and accessible smartphone-based experience which can be useful to many small businesses.

We are looking for a Junior BizDev to help us develop the SMB market through an automated approach that maximizes reach and foster sellers autonomy.

The Mission

Your goal is to build an automated sales machine that allows Solaya to scale across thousands of SMBs (Small and Medium Businesses), run tests and scale out sales with minimal manual friction.

Key Responsibilities

* Automated Pipeline Construction: Design and deploy automated outbound sequences (Email, LinkedIn, CRM workflows) to reach thousands of e-commerce merchants.

* SMB Growth Engine: Identify and segment high-potential SMB niches (Etsy power-sellers, boutique Shopify brands, 3D generalists).

* Lead Scoring & Optimization: Use data to iterate on messaging, A/B test landing pages, and optimize conversion rates within the funnel.

* Closing & retargeting: Manage the tail-end of the automated funnel to convert high-intent leads into Solaya power users.

* Toolbox Management: Master our stack (Apollo, Instantly, Hubspot) to ensure no lead falls through the cracks.

Profile We Are Looking For

* The "Hacker" Mindset: You’d rather spend 3 hours automating a task than 4 hours doing it manually. You think out of the box and have many new ideas to hack growth.

* E-commerce Enthusiast: You understand the pain points of online sellers (content creation, returns, conversion rates).

* Data-Driven: You don’t "feel" like a campaign is working; you know it is because you track the CTR and Open Rates.

* Resilient & Autonomous: You’re joining an early-stage startup. You don’t wait for a manual; you write it.
