2. About the Opportunity:

The Growth Operations Associate role is central to scaling initiatives that enhance the use of the organization’s healthcare solutions. This position involves supporting and executing high-priority growth projects, collaborating with senior leaders across multiple functions. It offers exposure to a rapidly growing healthcare technology business and the chance to develop expertise in operations that drive organizational growth.

3. Responsibilities:

• Lead execution of strategic initiatives including managing timelines, priorities, and budgets

• Coordinate internal communications to ensure smooth project delivery

• Analyze data to assess project effectiveness, financial outcomes, and operational challenges

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align workflows and secure buy-in for key initiatives

• Prepare reports with actionable insights for executive leadership

• Develop scalable processes for reporting and initiative measurement

4. Requirements:

• Entrepreneurial and resourceful mindset with ability to work independently

• Strong problem-solving skills and data-driven approach

• Experience in project management with flexibility to adjust plans

• Highly organized and proficient with data analysis tools

• Ability to balance quantitative and qualitative information

• Effective communication skills to integrate diverse perspectives

• Capability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Preferably skilled in SQL, project management software, AI tools, and basic financial modeling

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• Salary range is $80,000 to $110,000, plus bonus, depending on experience and location
